Having enjoyed receiving massage for over 15 years, I was inspired and encouraged to become a licensed and certified massage therapist in 1995.  After 30 years as a massage therapist, I am amazed how much I love my work.

My sessions are a balance of different types of massage including deep tissue, cranio-sacral therapy, manual lymphatic drainage massage, ashiatsu work for a total massage package. These skills help me to address patient's specific issues for individuals (babies through end of life) with a variety of needs. Including massage for pregnancy, sports injuries, the challenges of cancer, pre- and post surgery, back issues and general body maintenance.
