Cancellation Policy
I greatly appreciate your patronage.
If you have to cancel an appointment, kindly have the courtesy to call 24 hours in advance. No shows and last minute cancellations prove to be a great loss to my business. Therefore, I will have to charge for the lost revenue.
I understand if you are ill. Please let me know as soon as possible.
If you arrive late, please understand that i have to adjust the length of your session and you will still be responsible for the full payment.. Out of respect and consideration to me and the other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
